envisage was founded in Sydney Australia on the 20th of September, 2012 to create a new category of online tool; the Growth Management System (GMS).
This idea for a Growth Management System is where our name came from, because any GMS would help the business owners and their staff envisage a future that they desire to create as a team.

He created envisage because he needed a system to grow his own businesses and realised that he had the skills and desire to build the worlds first Growth Management System (GMS) to help companies around the world do the same.
Tony Melvin comes with a wealth of experience, not only has he built and boomed several businesses of his own, he has mentored and helped hundreds around the globe. Added to that, he's also the best-selling author of 7 books on the subject of marketing and finance.
With an unusual skill set that combines marketing, technology, writing and teaching, Tony's role as President will be to expand envisage on a global scale.
Lisa has more than two-decades experience in management consultancy, working in the not-for-profit sector. She has first-hand knowledge of running and expanding organisations of various sizes. She is a skilled business analyst, which combines well with her experience in human resources, extending from business ethics; to training employees to work as a productive, collaborative team. She has direct sales experience, as well several years running a productive sales team.
Her all-rounder experience brings considerable value to her position as Customer Success Manager.
Based out of Southern Oregon, Ryan's been working with Rails since 2005. He has a passion for teaching which led him to create railscasts.com - a series of screencasts that have helped many developers find their feet and understand the magic of Ruby on Rails. In 2013 he took a break from web development but re-entered the scene in 2017 working at reinteractive. He later transitioned to working with the envisage team as a lead developer.
When he’s not coding, Ryan enjoys playing piano, bowling, and board gaming with family and friends.
